Composite Camcorders

There are a number of options for running video from your camera out to a TV or other monitoring device, but composite camcorders are probably the most universally accepted. These ViewSonic camcorders (and models from other manufacturers) use the traditional three-pronged composite video and audio outputs typically found on the back of the monitor, and it is easy to interface them to provide full-screen playback without copying the video to another format. Although most camcorders come with LCD screens, it is difficult to really examine the image detail on them, which is why a composite output can be a real help.
